• A Center of the hand
• B Center of the wrist

With your hand open, measure around the circumference of your hand, at the base of your knuckles.

• A 13 cm above elbow center
• B 10 cm below elbow center

Measure the circumference 13 cm above the elbow center and measure the circumference 10 cm below the elbow center.

• A 10 cm above knee center
• B 10 cm below knee center

Measure the circumference of the thigh, taken 10 cm above the center of the kneecap, and the circumference of the calf, taken 10 cm below the center of the kneecap.
