PAYMENT
The Trader retains the ownership of the products, until the process of payment is completed. After that, the right of ownership passes to the Client.
THE CLIENT HAS THE FOLLOWING AVAILABLE PAYMENT OPTIONS:
- By using a credit/debit card via the Stripe platform that provides high security when using Visa, Maestro, MasterCard and American Express credit/debit cards. The Client should enter card number, expiration date, 3-digit security code in the fields "Payment Information" -> "Card Payment". The amount of the Client's card is charged immediately after a successful transaction.
When paying by card the Client pays the amount of the products and the cost of the products. In case of payment from another country, the Client will pay fixed tax for the shipping is calculated at checkout.
- Via bank payment your order will be completed when the payment is received . When you choose the delivery method " From the Shop " your ordered goods will be kept reserved in 3 working days. If you don't come to pay and take them, your order will be cancelled.
- By postal money transfer. The products are delivered by the courier company (only for Bulgaria). The Client pays the courier directly. Payment is in cash. It is important that the Client keeps the receipt given by the courier, which also serves as a warranty card for the goods and is required upon return and warranty claims.
REFUND
- In case that the payment is made by a bank card, after receiving the product, we will refund your payment within five working days (depending on your bank/card).
- In case that the payment is made by postal money transfer, refunds are made when the Client sends back the product by cash-on-delivery. The Client also gives the Trader details about his bank account. When receiving the product, the Trader pays the value of the product to the courier.
