Shipping policy
ORDERS
Vertigo Skates accepts purchase orders 24 hours a day and process them every working day from 10:30 a.m. to 7:30 p.m. Orders, sent after 5:00 p.m. are processed on the following day.
Vertigo Skates sends the ordered products via Econt Express or Speedy Express Delivery Services. On product page you will find an Add-to-Cart button. By pressing it the product of your choice is added directly to your cart. The products are saved into your cart until you decide to edit them or to proceed to checkout.
All product prices at Vertigo Skates are gross prices and include the Bulgarian VAT. The product prices stated are for one piece and are in euro. The product prices exclude the delivery taxes via Courier Services. When you proceed to check-out, you fill in the order form with your shipment details. The total amount given above include the delivery taxes. On your e-mail address you will receive an Order Confirmation. This e-mail confirms that we have received your order. It includes your order number. Keep this e-mail for your records. If you haven’t received a message from us you can write us at shop@vertigo-skates.com or call us on +359886 659002.
You will receive an e-mail like a confirmation of your order. The arrival time of your order depends on the shipping method selected, item selected, and your shipping location.
DELIVERY
If the total amount of one order exceeds 80€, the delivery expenses are covered by Vertigo Skates (for orders in Bulgaria only). If the total amount of one order is less than 80€ (for orders in Bulgaria only) – the delivery expenses are for the customer. The delivery expenses are automatically calculated in the ordering process.
For international deliveries - delivery expenses for international shipments vary (depending on the courier’s tariff zone) and they aren’t calculated in the ordering process. The Client has to pay the shipping costs after the Trader contacts him/her via e-mail. Should nothing different be requested by the Client then the delivery address entered by the customer will be used. Delays can occur if we need to investigate mistakes made during the checkout process or any other order irregularity. To avoid delays, please be sure to confirm the accuracy of all billing and shipping information. If a delivery is not possible to the Client, be it because they were not reachable at the provided delivery address, although the time of delivery was indicated to the Client with appropriate notice or if the address provided was incorrect, then the Client will cover the costs of the unsuccessful delivery. For deliveries in Bulgaria - the delivery takes about three working days, after the confirmation of the Trader. The Trader reserves the right to change the delivery time, informing you about the status of your order.
For deliveries outside Bulgaria – the delivery takes between 5 and 15 working days, after the confirmation of the Trader. The Trader reserves the right to change the delivery time, informing you about the status of your order.
The product is delivered properly packed. The Client takes over the risk once he/she takes possession of the item. The Trader is not responsible for any delay if it is due to the courier.
If the provided shipping address of the Client is not accurate, the Trader is not bound by any obligation to deliver the product.
