How to order?
There are three ways to order from us.
1. You can write an email directly to shop@vertigo-skates.com requesting the goods you want to purchase. We shall answer you if we have them. And afterwards if you want to buy we shall get your details and ship the goods to you. 2. You can go through our ONLINE ORDERING system and make a purchase there. We shall check your order and write back to you before we ship. 3. You can come directly to our shop at Krum Popov No 26 Street, Sofia, Bulgaria.
Where do we deliver to?
We deliver to all major Bulgarian cities (and smaller towns) and we can send goods to other countries in the European Union. To Non-European Countries please be aware that you may have to pay customs taxes such like in Macedonia. Also there is no CASH ON DELIVERY option available to countries outside Bulgaria.
Payment?
You have two choices:
1. CASH ON DELIVERY - We send you the goods with delivery company and you pay when you receive them. (This payment option is available only for purchases in Bulgaria.)
OR
2. PRE-PAYMENT by our company bank account. Contact us at shop@vertigo-skates.com and we will explain the details.
How long does it take for my order to arrive?
It takes approximate 2 business days for the goods to arrive from the time we send them to any part of Bulgaria. Depending on the date and period sent. Usually around christmas we the delivery companies are very busy and be a bit slower.
For international orders it takes between 5-10 business days maximum.
Who do we deliver with?
We deliver usually using SPEEDY and now EKONT EXPRESS. The customer pays for the cost of shipping. Usually shipping costs maximum 10 leva for almost any part of Bulgaria.
Guarantee?
Skates and most expensive goods have around 1 year guarantee for parts and damages. Most products from POWERSLIDE have an automatic quality guarantee.
VERTIGO SKATES believes in keeping customers happy so if you are not happy with any product you bought from us we would gladly speak to you and if the quality was bad we will do our best to replace the item or give you credit for another.

I ordered wrong-sized product, can I swap it?
Yes, if the item has not been damaged or soiled you will be able to swap.
